It's the CH 24 "Wishbone" Chair designed by Hans Wegner, manufactured by Carl Hansen and Sons from Denmark.
hans wegners wishbone chair. you can get it at hive modern, not sure about the color though.
as if we need one more person to say, "it's a Wegner Wishbone chair." It is though, never seen that green. Love.
