Q: I found a pic of this amazing yellow rug on Pinterest, but the link doesn't go to the source and Googling around hasn't turned anything up. Can someone help me find out who makes this and where I can get this rug?

I don't know where you live, but I happened to walk through the Anthropologie in White Plains, NY just yesterday, and this rug was on the floor. Even if it's not online in yellow, I'm sure they'll ship from a store.
So pretty! I like the green version, but life at my house with dirty hairy black animals deem it a BAAD idea....
I have this rug. Would not recommend it unless you do not have pets or children and it will be in a room you do not use. The wool loops unravel and the white part always looks dingy no matter how much I vacuum. I have the red one.
I agree with Kerryjewell. I also have the red one and have the same issues with the unraveling and the dirtyness. It is two levels so you can't really vacuum the lower (white) level sufficiently. It is pretty though. Sad.
As a related note, people of Pinterest, stop pinning photos from Tumblr, please? If you like it, find out what it is and then pin it.
That's actually one of Pinterest's guidelines (rules?), that you pin from the original source and not from blogs, Google image search, WeHeartIt, etc.
There's a site called tineye.com that lets you enter the URL of a photo (not the page it's on, but the actual image URL) and it'll try to track down the originating URL for you. I used it just the other day for a picture of wallpaper someone had pinned from Tumblr, and it found the source for me. Until people quit pinning from Tumblr (not likely anytime soon, I'm guessing...), it's a good resource for finding pin sources...

Boo on two counts. 1. It isn't offered in yellow. 2. It's from Anthropologie, and I'm still refusing to shop there due to the owner's stance on Prop 8 and funding of anti-gay rights orgs.

Flor used to have something really similar with raised floral designs, but it seems to be gone. Maybe you can find it on eBay or craigslist? Does anyone know which one I'm talking about and what the name was?
This Angela Adams rug is beautiful and has a similar look. It's also a two-level wool rug so it has the issues that kerryjewell mentions. The raised loops are irresistible to cats.

I so agree with you! I've started making sure anything I repin goes to the actual original source. It's courtesy for Pinterest users and courtesy for the original creator.
