A year ago, we reported about the HiCan bed, a great excuse to never leave the comforts of your bed: the modern canopy bed design offers a home theater experience with an automatic pull down screen, built-in gaming console, integrated PC system and automatic lighting options. Basically an all-in-one solution to get work and leisure done from the comforts of bed (the view from the bed looks a bit spaceship cockpit for better or for worse), this would be our dream bed. The HiCan bed was presented at the Well Tech Village in Milan and Milan Design Week 2009 and is now available for orders, offered in 8 different colours (including pink, sky and chocolate). Now hold onto something before we tell you how much the HiCan costs. Ready? 42,000 euros. That's about $59,690 (and that doesn't even include shipping, tax, and installation fees), making the HiCan an ICan't.
