Holiday Crèpes: Blue Steel Crèpe Pan

Nothing breaks the ice at a party like making the guests cook their own dinner. That's why crèpe parties are so much fun. All you need is a good pan (or two) that will heat up evenly, batter, and whatever you want to put inside. Your guests get to hang out in the kitchen (where they hang out anyway) making their own crèpes. Being engaged in an activity helps to break the ice, and frankly it's tough to completely screw up a crèpe so you as the host can leave them unattended and make your rounds. People help out, learn something new and get into the spirit of the holidays. Even better news for you is that you have minimal prep (especially if you ask people to bring a filler each). Some favorite crèpe fillers: Savory: Spinach Ham Sauteed Mushrooms Goat Cheese Swiss Cheese Mozzarella Tomatoes Egg Sweet: Nutella Sugar and Lemon Juice Jam Strawberry Banana and of course you can make things as basic or fancy as you with the classic Crepes Suzette
