It's been a couple of years since we rounded up holiday gift tags at Etsy. These are a few of our current favorites.

Nice enough, but better yet, take a piece of the same gift wrap you used, cut a small rectangle, fold in half, use the unprinted inner side for the message, and tape under the bow (or punch and thread a small ribbon thru...)
For fancier, fold a smaller rectangle of plain or slightly fancy paper in half and fasten the two together like a little book using double sided tape or a spot of glue...
Tis the season to be crafty! (And economical...)
yikes. makes me even happier not to be doing gifts anymore. pretty tags, but i can't be bothered.
