It was the Tribune's annual garden issue. Tis the season to start thinking about the outside of our homes. Our favorite tidbit...the part that proves everything old is new again - the return of the rain barrel. It's a good green idea whose time has come again; gathering rainwater to use for your gardening. A special offer for chicago residents: Rainbarrels will be available for $40. at the Chicago Center for Green Technology (445 N. Sacramento) and Greenmaker Building Supply ((2500 N. Pulaski).
