Yes, we know. Another environmental footprint calculator? Unlike more general calculators, this one is tailored to your home and uses the information from your bills to recommend ways to save energy and money. It's the closest thing to a free "home dashboard" we've found, allowing you to track how much energy you waste annually...
To calculate your stats, you'll need to know the square footage of your home and the approximate year it was built. You'll also need 12 months of energy bills: electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, propane, or kerosene. To create your home energy yardstick, click here.

You also need a home with greater than 800 square feet. 475 does not register as "typical" for them.
empirewaste, i wish i had seen your comment before i tried this, too. i got my hopes up and then my 650 sq/ft place got rejected :)
Haha, I got rejected too!
Wow, how environmentally friendly to not be able to calculate smaller homes! I guess only McMansion dwellers can help save the world, right? ;)
Maybe it's because small dwelling units are more efficient and energy effective? Perhaps....?
Or just a lazy programmer/too hard to calculate.
