Queen of craft Martha Stewart still inspires. While most of her projects require the kind of materials, time and patience that we do not have, her Crazy Crayons idea seems doable. Remember when you colored your Crayolas down to a nub but still didn't want to throw them out? This project gives those nubs a new life. The instructions seem easy... Just chop up crayons into pea-sized pieces. Let your child mix together the cut pieces and combine in to their own special blend. Next, preheat the oven to 150 degrees fahrenheit. Fill an oven-safe tin (pick different shaped-molds for fun) with the cut pieces and arrange in an interesting design. Bake until the wax just melts (about 15-20 minutes). Let cool, pop out and they're ready to use! You can read more here.
