Flickr user masuidruve76 outfitting his small corner living room workspace with plenty of under-desk-pullout and drawer-unit storage. But for a few extras—like his backpack and headphones—he hooked up his workspace with some, well, hooks. A small suction cup hook (like this one for $6) attached to the front of one f the drawer units is a perfect place to keep headphones out of the way, but at easy reach. (Hope he doesn't need to get into those drawers underneath too often.) And for a real exercise in maximizing usable space, masuidrive76 attached a few screw-in wall hooks to the back of his desk, the side that faces the living room. They're perfect for catching living and office clutter, like tote bags and backpacks.
