The Hosu chair, designed by Patricia Urquiola, folds out from a simple chair to a comfortable lounger. You can see it unfolded in the photo above — check it out in its chair form after the jump.

In addition to its convertible capabilities, the Hosu also includes rear and side storage pockets and cord pass-through, making it a perfect work-from-home lounger.

The Hosu is available in multiple colors and fabric choices (including leather) as a single seat lounge and also in this two-seat size - a perfect compact sofa solution for small space living!

Not in my house. I don't like the lines, the colors, the likelihood that the quilted fabric will stretch and sag in short order... I suppose it's an interesting concept, but I find it hard to imagine a setting where it would look good.
I LOVE this chair! Especially the 2 seater, it looks so comfy. It would be perfect for the den or family room.
It would provide an excellent place to curl up w/a book. Think we could have a giveaway with this chair? :-)
I'll take one on eggplant w/green pillows, a 2 seater of course!
brilliant. an update on those horrible fold out bed chairs. this actually looks comfy as well as stylin. nice.
Definitely a great looking update on those 3-equal size-square folding chair/beds that have been around forever.
It looks like it could be really, really comfy, or really not comfy - have to actually sit in it to find out!
chair just ok. what about that cool artwork it is on? where can i find that?
With their casual, comfy vibe, I think these could work well at Maxwell's beach house!
I absolutely love this. I will have to keep an eye out for this one!
It's cute, but I sat in it when unfolded into the lounger, and it was hard and not terribly comfortable. Plus, I was in a dress, so getting into and out of it without giving everyone a show was a feat.
