Well, if you're a professional designer and your client is the Addams family.... works for me as a seasonal touch for late October and early November -- Halloween through Day of the Dead -- an out of season memento mori tends to creep visitors out -- or do I keep visitors out?
Way too expensive for a white elephant gift.
For $210? Not!
as a longtime fan of the whole skull/night of the living dead design thing I have to say it is getting a bit played out on both the high and low ends---this looks like an urban outfitters pillow at a high end botique price.
Skulls and Bones. Skulls and Bones. They're everywhere- too common.
Why do people seem to think death makes for "cute" design?
Well, I guess this poll shows people don't.
I just don't get the whole skull thing, never have, pirates or not.
Disregarding the subject matter, very nice-- the white satin (?), the bold black image in the center, and the black piping around the edge.
As for the skull itself: I wholeheartedly say go for it if you're in that mode. It's [probably] not for life (so to speak).
I'd like one for Day of the Dead if the skull were deep turquiose, the background tomato red, and the piping yellow. Hey, Mexican colors, right?
