Clever. I've been known to put a pillow atop my coffee table, for lack of a real foot stool, this solves the problem nicely.

I don't like the colors but I think the design is useful

too much of an effort for me. I tend to put my feet up whenever, and to do constant switching back and forth is not worth it.
Plus I agree that this one is ugly.
