Well the Pelican are my Favorite birds..so have I have to comment. Not going to work in my place but a genius for hiding the family jewels (if I had some). Unless, the robber loved interesting designed pieces of furniture.

At first I thought Not because it's doomed to become a hidden bowl full of junk if it were in my room, but then I opened my desk drawer and realized that no matter the shape that seems to be the destiny for drawers in my life.

It's probably cheaper and more useful to buy a regular nightstand than one of these.

It might depend on how quickly the bowl descends when you spin it. If it takes a lot of spinning to get access it might ruin the mood in certain, um situations.

I love the concept but I find the execution rather ugly.

Love this. I have ikea Hatten tables, but it's sometime a pain to remove the lid when there' a bunch of crap on top.
