it's hot, but that price is frickin' ridiculous. i wouldn't even spend 600 smackers on my mama! ;)
$650 for a box? $650 for my cat? no way...
agreed. 650 for a box with a hole...boo that. not hot.
Yeah, my not hot had everything to do with price.
I've always felt that these were VERy hot, but WAY too expensive!
expensive for sure but my cat would freaking LOVE this. seems like you could DIY this yourself (possibly with different legs) pretty easily
It looks like a stereo speaker.
That is very hot, but it is not $650 hot.
Hot ??? Maybe for Big Bird. My cat wouldn't put a paw in this box. She's way too cool!
If this was to cover my litter box, I would be all about it!
it's a great cat hide-out AND a great looking walnut side table... not only livingroom-worthy, but a living room asset... not so expensive when you look at it that way....
Anyone out there have a litterbox trained dog? Any suggestions for hiding their litter box? I'd love something like this but maybe, definately, way more affordable...
It looks great but in my experience cats never use the carefully organized spaces owners arrange for them. They much prefer to hide under the bed or sit down in the middle of your morning newspaper, whichever is least convenient for you.
My cat prefers to plop right down on the latest issue of DWELL while I'm reading it. She's so inconsiderate. I swear she would NOT use this beautiful and expensive cave just to spite me. LOL.
I don't know much about cats, to my girlfriend's chagrin. But it seems to me that the cat would be just as happy with a cardboard box (maybe even one of those nice expensive colored ones from DWR or some such). Then I would spend the $650 on something much more fun.
Hot looking but a super-ridiculous price! There are a lot of Ikea hacks that will look pretty darn good next to this and you can take the other $550 and do many, many other things with it.
I am dying for a litter box that looks like this--with high end materials, making it is not cheap.

I can make that. For 650, very not worth it.
