Just like the hidden seating of Cube Style from Japan, Naho Matsuno's Cube 6 hide six stools within.
The stools are made from birch plywood and maple and the cube is 350 x 350 x 350mm when slotted together, and are also available in a smaller 3 stool version, appropriately named Cube 3.

Love it...them!
Cool aesthetic, but crap functionality. These are flimsy, uncomfortable seats. If you want to use them as little tables, that'd probably work.
These look great! For added interest, you could add an intersting fabric / paper / paint job on each surface - it'd look great both in the cube AND on the stools.
I need that! I hate coffee tables, but need places to put coffee cups down, etc.
wonderful concept but i find it so visually boring. despite the complicated design, it almost looks Ikea cheap (i think it's that damn light wood! :) it comes across as first attempt for me.
good thoughts Orchid64 and ryttu3k-- you help sell it-- though it would be so much more awesome if it looked sturdier and already colorfully enticing.
like it. but a better color or material would definitely help.
i wonder if it's a pain to put them back together into the cube....
