I think it's a cool idea to something that's usually pretty standard like a memo pad.
That's tacky! (get it?) :D
Cute and clever, but neither Hot nor Not.
I should give this to my boss, who wears the most awful Newt Gingrich-ish looking hairpiece.
Actually, I'll wait until after he gives me my performance evaluation and raise . . . .
hysterical!
Conan O'Brien?
I'm with with @patrick (the other one) both cute and clever but I wouldn't go so far as hot or not. Still, very cute :)
this deserves a hot or not?!
It is only awesome.
I think it's kind of gross--which is weird because I don't mind bald dudes at all.
Love it! But I have an ex-boyfriend who would be really upset to see it on my desk.
Does it also engage people with the problem of eye or nose loss? Because eventually he'll lose those, too.
It's only funny if you forget that it represents something very insulting to a certain group of people. If the hot-or-not item were post-its that made fun of a woman's butt getting bigger, it could easily be considered offensive.
I'd call this a for-the-home-only kind of "office" supply.
offensive, really? As a mid-thirties-going-to-be-bald guy I find this really funny. I find it even more funny that anyone could be offended by people bringing up baldness. It is only offensive if one is self-consioud about it and if one is that fragile, baldness is the least of their worries.
Ah-hahahaha! I have a friend who is very sensitive about going bald at an early age, but I think even he would appreciate this post-it pad.
I think it's funny. It's part of life! Why not try to make some fun out of it rather than dwell?
I love it! I love bald men, so much so I married one! I'm sure he'd love this as much as i do :)
Hilarious!!
So damn funny! I can think of plenty of people I would buy that for...
I think it's very funny - I want to get one for my husband - he's totally bald on top and shaves his head completely. I think he'll get a kick out of it!!! He has no issues with being bald - it's just a fact of life.
I would purchase in a minute....for several people I know
who are balding...and keep a sense of humor about it.
What does this have to do with Apartment Therapy?
That's pretty funny, it's even funnier if the designer quoted is serious about its purpose to engage people with the problem of baldness. Can't it just be funny, cute, and clever? Why do we all have to pretend to be intellectual?
I want one now! My husband would love it! Can you actually buy them somewhere?
Hilarious. I want one.
I'm glad to be among so many like minded people with a sense of humor. He deep6, I think the butt getting bigger would pretty funny too. What about a beer gut getting bigger, or a worker slumping lower and lower in his chair? The possibilities are limitless.
Funny, but cruel.
Hilarious! I want one.
i want one, too
Hot for cleverness. Not in that it appears to have been designed as part of a marketing campaign for a hair regrowth product. Why does hair loss = a problem? I know plenty of sexy bald guys.
Very funny. Of course not something i would give to a balding guy.
they don't show what happens as you get to the part of the pad below scalp level. If it starts to "slice" off layers and show the skull with brains inside that'd be awesome! To bad they don't show that far down into the pad.
aoi22, I was thinking the same thing!
I think this is cute, I'd buy it for a balding co-worker, (with a sense of humor).
