According to Yanko Design: Italian artist Guido Crepax is considered one of the fathers of the graphic pop art movement. His character “Valentina” was a massive comic success and it’s title character is a sexual icon and his most famous creation. What do you think about this transition from the printed page to glossy furniture? Hot or not?

More from Yanko: This collection of furniture brought to you by Ennezero and designed by Canevese Giuseppe, pays tribute to the work of Guido Crepax and finds a new home in the home. Printed on white polished MDF, these creations are certainly attention grabbing and conversation starters in any room and in any language.

Neato! I want one!
That is SERIOUSLY hot. I would totally dig one if I weren't totally poor.
Not really my style, but I voted hot b/c it is very cool to look at.
I agree with suzy8track and KTG. Very hot (and cool!) piece, but not for me. I like the second one best, with colors.
Neat post!
It's amazing, and seriously, if the majority is saying hot, it really is, because this tends to be kind of a tough crowd these days with these hot/not things. No, really.
oh i love it! not everyone loves the comic look. a few years ago i put old pulp illustrations on the inside of my kitchen cabinets. people always gave me a weird look. WHAT DO THEY KNOW?
cute in a japanesie kindaway
seen on its own they are cool, but really tough to integrate into any kind of room, i guess. probably need a huge space not to crowd the rest of the furniture.
I really like this its a bit Fornasetti-ish.
I like it a lot, but it wouldn't fit my style. I can see it in a very sleek modern environment with mid century lines though.
I want a Barbarella or Modesty Blaise model though.
Love both....so cute
It screams too much. However, I can understand some people liking it because of its strong graphics. I would be totally uncomfortable in a room where my furnishings are talking to me. I'm one of those who needs much peace and quiet at home.
i'm over it! too 1980"s for me.
Nope. I agree with rachelrachel; too eighties.
That is so flippin' hot.
