Does it come in any other colors? I voted "hot," but I'd prefer a different shade. Doesn't have to be white--just not so... limey.

Knowing Karim Rashid's penchant for plastic, I just hope that piece is NOT made of plastic...

I bought a clear Poly chair from the Karim Rashid store in Chelsea after hearing the sales lady explain how the chair's plastic technology was "many generations ahead of Phillipe Starck's plastic furniture, much stronger and lighter". A few weeks after I bought it I was sitting in it working at my desk and the seat broke in a straight line from the little hole from back of seat to the front of the seat, a clean break. I weigh 115 pounds and i was using the chair in the manner for which it was built and it BROKE. I called the store to tell them what happened and the woman (his sister I believe) was incredibly rude and didn't offer any compensation in any form, saying it wasn't her problem because I had bought it on sale and the break happened more than two weeks after I had bought it. I had to throw that $375 piece of plastic in the trash where it belongs. Careful anyone who sits in that tub, it might leak or just shatter into a zillion pieces. hey the hot bath water might melt whatever it's made of. and don't expect any customer service after the fact either, just a whole lot of aggression and rudeness.

I think regardless of how, or when it's bought (sale, clearance, regular price) any item should be subject to a manufacturer's guarantee. If a chair broke in half, impaling a child, I'm sure no-one would give a f*ck if it was 15 percent off or if it was made as a sample model; they sold it, period. That's why I hate buying stuff in small stores, if it was something like Ikea, Target, etc, they'd most likely apologize and at least exchange it. F**K SMALL STORES!

(and I'm sorry for other small store owners, but it's the fault of little snotty b*tches who think they can treat anyone like crap because they own a second class business.)

I love to luxuriate in a bath and green is my favorite color; that said, this is hideous. It looks like a crazed teacup that you'd have to be double-jointed (and blind) to enjoy.

I actually don't hate the design, but that color! It looks like a kid's toy, and not in a good way.

Maybe it was in another color...everything 'organik' (sic) does not need to be Green!

I like the shape. I like to sit cross-legged, even in the tub. As for the color, I'd prefer more avocado and less lime.

The shape is not bad, that's all I can say on the positive side.
And I thought that being somebody in design nowadays would have respect and not regret... the colour is beautiful for an anusement park near Alice's teacups. And is anyone telling what does organic mean in this case?

I actually like this a lot - first off its my favourite colour - secondly it looks really comfy to curl up in - my friend has a teeny-tiny bathroom and has squeezed a deep, square bathtub into it which you can sit in up to your neck in water - its great - and I'm thinking the same thing but with a rounded bottom would be even better - like those baby baths that you can put a baby in in the same position they are in in the womb

Size-wise, it appears to be a sink basin, rather than a bath tub.

i'll take it in just about any other color.
