My family has some adirondack chairs similar to these that are made out of milk jugs. They are great! No maintenace, they never fade and no splinters. They are over 6 years old and look like new.
Neat idea - good colors, wish they were cheaper.
this 'wood substitute" is fantastic. Especially when it's made from recycled plastic bags and whatnot.
Awesome stuff!
Those would look good with these hoses:

It's a move in the wrong direction.
Poly-wood = landfill.
Boo.
Plastic seems gross for this, imagine on a hot sunny day? I love old faded wood Adirondack chairs, it's part of the charm!
My thumbs down isn't so much for them being plastic (kudos for using recycled plastic)...
...but for the lousy proportions, upright seating position and too bright colors.
I agree with foog - these will eventually be mid-pacific garbage patch fillers...
I think they're beautiful and fun. Our landlord graciously lets us use the adirondack chairs in her yard. They're classic wood and constantly splintering, cracking, breaking slats. These look maintenance-free and will last a lot longer.
these are not made according to the classic Adirondack design -- they are designed all wrong -- pitched wrong, badly proportioned -- and look like they would be very uncomfortable to sit in...
I agree, no way is this a true Adirondack. And the world doesn't need any more plastic furniture.
great colors, no problem with the poly, hate adirondack chairs. made of anything. in any color.
These chairs can't be $329. I checked around and saw them for $199.66 over at http://www.diyhomecenter.com/polywood/detail.aspx?item=10193&rc=35. I also noticed they were available in 12 colors. This seems like a better deal to me... I would buy them. James, my old college roomate, has had them on his deck down in Florida for 5 years with no problems at his condo.
These are still very HOT - This model isn't really the best that polywood offers - The Long Island is super hip - http://www.adirondackauthority.com/long-island-adirondack-chair.html. Price is a little high, but you can always ask for a discount....they usually provide really good dealsi!
these Polywood chairs are at a WAY better price for $219 (free shipping) at this site -http://www.adirondackauthority.com/original-polywood-adirondack-chair.html
