waste of money! take my word on that. Besided, crawling helps knee bones to form/fuse.
We use "babylegs" in our house...
Completely useless, just like most of the One Step Ahead catalog. Ranks right up there with the baby helmet that you wear inside the house while learning to crawl and walk. EYEROLL.
Unnecessary.
My son crawls on our tile floors, and if I were to try and put these on him, he would waste his time trying to get them out.
out=off Sorry!
Not hot. Babylegs are a much more practical option.
Stupid. Are we raising sissies here? ;) But seriously, my daughter crawls bare-kneed on concrete, and doesn't care a bit.
My little precious wears those everywhere. It's a little hard to fit them over his fire retardant safety suit but I manage. I only wish that One Hesitant Step Ahead sold their drool catching cup in that same electric blue. I've grown tired of the black straps around my little love's helmet protected head!
Oh my Heavens ! You have got to be kidding me !! paperdollsforboys Are you serious?? How is your child supposed to be a healthy independent child when you are putting all this gear on him/her if anything you are causing more harm than good ....What is wrong with parents these days ? :(
1mommy - I think paperdollsforboys is making a point about just that. Being over protective. I do love the "fire retardent safety suit" bit though. Laughed outloud.
We have concrete floors in my house. They are pretty rough on my joints, but I doubt an infant would have a problem. These seem a little over the top.
1mommy, it's sarcasm.. and hilarious by the way!
my daughter would totally rip those things off. she can't even keep socks on!
hahahaha they are so ridiculous!
could not have said it better - paperdolls - thank you!!
"Oh my Heavens ! You have got to be kidding me !! paperdollsforboys Are you serious?? "
Ahahahaha... Oh that was CLASSIC.
Off topic. This is the reason I hate floating floors. They separate too easily and you can see where the poor workmanship is
Do babies even have kneecaps to make these necessary?
Well people I am terribly sorry if I didn't think she was being sarcastic that is why I said are you serious? Believe it or not There are Parents that I have met who are that overprotective and with the stuff they make for babies nowadays you never know if she was being serious or not ......Anyway genxmom do you have a problem with the way I talk ?? I was trying to be nice but I can be mean if you want me to be!
At least make them out of Swiffers.
@brrrlington: YES!
@paperdolls: Beautifully put.
@1mommy: [rolls eyes, types run-on sentence with random caps and punctuation]
@funstraw: Yep, plus there's just something about the comforting domestic feeling I get whenever I have to pound a rising nail back into a 100-year-old floorboard.
Simmer down 1mommy or we'll put some protect gear on you. :)
But you are right, there are a lot parents who are overprotective with all this stuff. That is why a company Produced and is selling Knee Pads for babies. We all agree that this is a ridiculous product!
