this isn't shocking enough for Hot or Not!
I think this is a good idea that is poorly executed.
Garrett said what i was going to. It would be fine if the knob had a more flattering shape and a better finish.
I agree with all of the above. Or, simply put, "meh".

I'm actually quite fond of these (well, the one on the right anyway). It's a nice accent that I'd not thought of before. Were I remodeling and had extra cash to throw around, I'd definitely consider them.
These are not hot... but a quick search will find plenty of examples where wood is more skillfully integrated into the design. Try Finesse Fittings or Salice Paolo.
