Name: Hal & Ed
Location: Edgewater
Size: 2400 sq. ft.
Years lived in: 4
Inspiration: We are not collectors, but rather are inpired by individual pieces, ideas, and memories. We only have things in our home that we truly enjoy.
Our style: Very eclectic with mid-century leanings.
Favorite room: The downstairs office that we just remodeled.
Most talked about element: The Kyle Staver painting in the dining room always gets people talking.
Most embarassing element: We love it, but the palm tree in our office is a little embarassing.

Proudest DIY: We are not the biggest DIYers, but two proud moments include re-grouting the bathroom and putting in twenty dimmer switches throughout the house.
Dream source: Wright Auction House.

Reality source: Broadway Antique Market.
Best advice: Put everything on dimmer switches! And don't be afraid of carpet...it's the best thing we did to the downstairs.
Found treasure: Tramp bottle cap chain-link art hanging in the living room.
Had forever: Ed's childhood bookcase; it still holds all of his childhood books.
Just got: We are so excited about our new Josef Albers silkscreen in the front hallway.
(Thanks, Hal & Ed!)

This place reminds of a cross between my dental office and a lobby.
