It's finally here. Just a few more chores and then it's party time. Pick up the wine, drop off the snacks, photocopy the tour info. To all of you who will be joining us...see you in a few hours!
Tonight at 7, we'll be gathering to tour five (NOW SIX - another was just added!) live-work lofts in the West Loop, sipping wine from Randolph Wine Cellars and then gathering for an AT Happy Hour at Lumen.

Wow! I'm in NYC, but totally jealous that i can't come!
I'm not sure I get it....these are office or their homes? Or they all work out of their homes?
Will there be photos/videos from this event? I can't make it, but am interested to see this of course....
....I kind of worry/feel that all these places are going to be pretty similar in both the design aesthetic of the owners and the layout of the homes (as they are all in the same building)...id be interested to be proven wrong though!

I'm coming, along with my decorating-partner-in crime-- we read AT religiously! (Don't worry AT, she already RSVP'ed). Thinking ahead..did anyone get those shoe/sock/slipper things realtors pass out? I would hate for everyone's place to get dirty!
Is it an actual "guided" tour, or just more of an open house where people can come and go from the six lofts as they please?
wow this looks really interesting. Not in chicago but if I were i would def. attend. Looking forward to seeing pictures and etc.
Now if I could just find a place to go for dinner beforehand....the BF doesn't want to go to Follia *again*.
MCNicole: There will be a starting point, but from there we'll have a list of the participating lofts and everyone can wander about on their own. So, definitely more of an open house!
