A good night's sleep is dependent on many things -one of which is having a good pillow. Obviously, you should find one that is comfortable, but also keep in mind it should give your neck the proper support it needs. Here are a few reminders on what to look for when choosing a pillow:
- If you generally sleep on your stomach or move around a lot, you should find a very soft pillow, so that your neck won't strain.
- If you sleep on your back, look for a medium pillow.
- If you sleep on your side, you should find a firmer pillow for maximum neck support.
- If you suffer from allergies, it might be a good idea to get a zip up pillow cover. It will also help protect your head from dust mites (gross)
