Glow-in-the-dark is cool, drawing on walls is fun, and combining the two make for a super neat way to use LED pens to create some all ages fun. While checking out Craftzine.com we saw this great DIY project from Paulbo of FangleTronics which shows you how to create an awesome glow-in-the-dark wall on which kids (and adults, of course) can write and draw with LED pens.
Craftzine.com a great source for tutorials on everything from making an iPod cozy to wiring a new lighting fixture, posted this great tutorial recently and we just knew we had to share it with you. Paulbo of FangleTronics, is a research scientist and dad who wanted to create a a fun way for his kids (and himself) to draw on the wall using the LED flashlights that he had created from an Instructables.com project.
To create the glow-in-the-dark wall he used 2 coats of white primer, 3 coats of the glow-in-the-dark paint and a couple of layers of varnish to cover the wall.
