Based on her experiences the first time around (hand tied pin-tucks the were both time-consuming and more likely to come out), Trissta updated her instructions to incorporate machine sewing the tucks. She explains how to vary the tucks depending on how fluffy you want the end result to be, giving instructions that are simple enough for even a novice seamstress to follow.
