This prefab family home in the suburbs of Seattle may be small(er) on space, but it's big on both style and environmentally-friendly features...

Created by PLACE Houses, the 2,800 square foot home features rooftop solar panels, cork floors in the upstairs, low flow bath fixtures and a driveway of pervious concrete to prevent polluted runoff.
