You don't have to go all Julia Child and hang everything you own in your kitchen. But a simple pegboard — even just a small one that takes up the unused side wall of a cabinet — can go a long way towards organizing all those pots and pans, especially if your ceiling isn't suitable for an overhead pot rack.

In this tutorial, Rue shares the most basic method for installing a pegboard on a wall. You can paint your pegboard to match your wall, or use a poppy color to make it stand out. If your pegboard doesn't completely cover a whole wall, you can even add a frame around it. With shopping and painting time, this easy project only takes an afternoon to complete!
