Great tips.... I have been looking for recipes for homeade scrubs. The homemade cough syrup is always a plus since I tends to have colds due to my allergies..

There were a lot of comments (some by dentists) on that toothpaste article about the lack of fluoride and how abrasive baking soda is on teeth.
