Happy New Year everyone! As you kiss this year goodbye, don't forget to do whatever you can to increase your chances of getting kissed! In today's video, Ashley Anderson gives us the step-by-step on how to make a beautiful felt mistletoe.

Supplies:

Felt

Needle and thread

Pom poms

Start with two pieces of felt, 6-8 inches wide
Cut the felt in half (3-4 inch strips)
Using a chalk pencil, draw a squiggle back and forth all the way down your strip of felt
Cut your felt, following the shape of the line you just drew
Using a needle and some string, sew a loose stitch up the edge of your felt
Pull the string tight
Apply hot glue along the edge of your felt
Roll it together, like you would a cinnamon roll
Glue both pieces together
Spread out the felt ruffles
Sew a hanging string and pom poms!
