Forget paper towels. Newspaper leaves mirrors and glass streak-free. Here's how...
Here's how:
1. Crumple up a sheet of newspaper.
2. Make a solution of 1 cup to vinegar to 1 qt of warm water.
3. Dip newspaper into the solution and use a circle motion to wipe the mirror.
4. Use dry newspaper to clean up any drips and prevent streaks.
Clean and green!

Thanks for the great tip! Also, does anyone know where I can find a mirror like that? It is exactly what I've been looking for!
Wouldn't the ink from the newspaper get on the mirror? or does the use of vinegar prevent this from occurring?
SJwashere,
I grew up using newspaper and vinegar to wash windows and mirrors, and while your hands may get a little inky, the glass does not.
I prefer to recycle the papers and use a microfiber cloth on the glass. Or a squeegie. Or a combo. Newspaper is lintless but not very absorbent.
By all means, though, lose the paper towels.
Thanks Shelly :)
