Last week David Stark made a guest appearance on Apartment Therapy to show off his holiday collection at West Elm. I noticed this simple DIY that he put together for twine snowmen over at Design Sponge. He has some cool tricks up his sleeve to make this project pop as an easy holiday centerpiece.
While we don't usually associate neutrals with the holiday season, the twine brings a timeless, casual element to these stringy snowmen. The "drawn" twine embellishments are created by wrapping twine around flexible wire. So simple! This technique could be utilized to create ornaments or any number of decorations once you are done decking out your twine snowmen. Head over to Design Sponge to read more about David Stark and these jaunty twine snowmen!
