We hope you're never in this predicament, but if you're anything like us, when something breaks you're brave (or dumb) enough to open it up and try to fix it. Only after scouring the web for someone else's attempts, of course. So, when we saw this Instructable for repairing a Nintendo DS, we quickly bookmarked it for future endeavors.
The tutorial gives instructions on how to repair the screens and shell, advice on where to buy components and tools, and great pictures of the inner workings of the DS. It's a must read before you even think about cracking open the case.
