Names: Hudson (4) & Langston (1)
Location: Seattle, WA
Our biggest challenge was fitting two boys, Hudson and Langston, into a fairly small room. We like colorful, happy, cozy and not-too-traditional spaces.
We also wanted to avoid the typical "boy" room. The map inspires conversation and a sense of the larger world awaiting the boys.

Great room! Love the colors, especially the paint. The wall map is fabulous of course!
This is the best use of that Ikea map I've ever seen. Well done!
I absolutely love this for my 4-year old son's room and have already started looking around for a way to implement this in our space. Can you share the paint colors? Also, did you buy one of the prefab color combos by Flor or create your own scheme? Which one?
Thanks for the nice comments. Sorry, but we lost track of the paint; we thought it was Benjamin Moore's Timothy Straw, but we're not certain. We created our own Flor scheme. Good luck with your son's room!
