Your Home Office Organization or Tech Tip: If you are going to be working, you might as well be surrounded by what you love: records, set lists, silk screened prints, a library of design and advertising books, and a good bottle of bourbon.

Organization or Tech Tip Continued:Hide the wires, they make for a much cleaner looking work space. In my case I just tacked black board to the back of the desk and ran wires behind them. I have a Mac mini on a shelf below the desk on a shelf that keeps things nicely tucked away. I also use a slide out keyboard tray. If I need to use the computer, its there. If not, I have the clutter-free desk available.

Get a great office chair. I have a vintage steel case office chair that is super wide and extra comfortable. Sometimes too comfortable.

Lastly, surround yourself with nicely organized inspiration. I have books, art, and music to help with creativity. Organize the spines of books to be visually appealing as well.

If none of this helps there is always the bottle of bourbon.
