If mixing and matching different patterns seems frustrating and difficult to you, take a look at the home of blogger I Veras hus. She lives in Stockholm with her husband and three small boys in a home dating back to the 1930s; and her talent for combining Scandinavian textiles and retro 70's wallpaper and patterns is pretty fantastic. A few more photos of her living room after the jump...

We had to sneak one photo of her kitchen--she has one of the most impressive collections of vintage dishes and glasses that we've ever seen.
Want to see more of her home? Check out her blog, I Veras hus, and on Flickr.

I love the light over the dining table -- does anyone know the name of it or where it's from? Thanks!
The light is Poulsen, ph5.
Still being made.
Oh My God. I had this very wallpaper in my room growing up...yes, in the '70s.
Wow. I recognized it immediately.
Love this site, btw.
Whopsie daisy. I didn´t know you had written about me and my blog! Fun!
The wallpaper is pure 70´s. Bought at
www.tapetorama.se They only had like 5-6 roles of the wallpaper when I bought it and I purchased 2 of them. They don´t have it in stock anymore, but lots of other great ones!
Thanks for all the nice comments!
