Gubi Chairs
From Denmark, but looking very Italian, Gubi's front running chair is a classic design piece: it is comfort and visual simplicity combined. The chair, designed by KOMPLOT, is the very first product based on an innovative technique of moulding 3-d veneer. This also allows for a reduction in the thickness of wood from 10mm to 5mm. Again, design figures out a way to use fewer resources.

Égalite by Bernhardt
We just liked the shape of this new bench by Suzanne Trocmé for Bernhardt. GREENGUARD certified, this bench comes in two stains, but always with the sexy white leather cushion. What is about white leather that is so hot lately?

Sandor Pratt
Bamboo is entering it's second generation of design possibility. Sandor Pratt's new STRIA chairs and table exhibit a much more stylish alternative to the typical woody bamboo set. These pieces are solid bamboo and carved with CNC technology that "reveals structural peaks that curve through the underside." The angles are very nice, but the lightness of the chairs is amazing.
