Ideas for a Solution to Small Step Up Tripping Hazard?

Q: Hi there. To enter our bathroom from the hallway, there's about a 1.5" step up to the bathroom, not a whole step but enough to catch your toe and trip, which we regularly do. Could you please suggest some stylish options for minimizing this risk? We currently have a brightly colored towel rolled up along the doorway that is doing a great job of helping us see the hazard and avoid it, but we'd love something less eye-catching but just as effective.
