There doesn't seem to be a limit on the number of ways you can turn an ordinary household object into a simple laptop stand. Today we look at the Ikea napkin holder.
Found on SGWoot, Simon bought a pair $2 Fantastisk napkin holders from Ikea and turned it into a Macbook Pro stand with no hacking necessary.
Blackfeathers on Flickr then took the idea to create a stand for his netbook, and was able to use a single napkin holder to hold his little worker (as shown at the top).
A commenter on Blackfeaters' Flickr page shared a photo of his Vaio standing the same set-up as well.

picked this up and it works great! Creates more countertop space when I'm not using the laptop. Have a glossy finish on my HP and it doesn't appear to scratch it at all.
