I have always wanted a green velvet sofa!
I am totally in love with that couch and the other green things in the new Stockholm collection.
It features elements of a Goetz sofa.
Love it! I've had the Stockholm sofa in leather for five years now. I think I feel a green velvet slipcover coming on...
I love this green, it is a very uplifting colour. It is a bit expensive to be an Ikea sofa though. In Uk and in Italy you can get a good quality handmade sofa for that price or just a bit more. Having said that, I found out that an quality Italian brand (can I name it?) makes Ikea's leather sofas which is a guarantee. I don't know if it is the same in USA though. Speaking about green, this green sofas is well matched with a vertical garden ;)http://egiavarini.blogspot.it/2013/05/patrick-blancs-vertical-gardens-and-my.html
OMG I need that couch. And the little leaf table. Also the rug...
Oh, such a beautiful color! Hope this is available in the US soon!
Does anyone know where I can find that Canvas/Poster behind the couch, it is unbelievably amazing and would love to have it for my house!
The new Stockholm range will be available in August. Unfortunately, the poster is just part of the new range marketing communication.
Love the couch, but where do I get those curtain?
Kitty, how are you liking the leather couch? I like the look of it but it's so expensive for an IKEA couch. My trusty Karl is looking a bit worse for wear after only a year and I'm worried that the Stockholm leather sofa will be just as easily worn down!
Love the Stockholm couch, love the fact that IKEA does it smaller now compared to the monstrous 3.5 seater, too bad they don't do the grey velvet like this old IKEA ektorp http://prettypetals.typepad.com/prettypetals/2011/01/ikea-ektorp-sofa-comfort-works-velvet-slipcover-beautiful.html.@fizzfizz i think the stockholm is considered the "premium line-up", but i'm totally with you where IKEA shouldn't be selling something 'premium' if everything else they sell is umm..for the lack of words.. inexpensive and lower quality?
