The Beverly Hills Affaire in the Gardens Art Show is happening this weekend (May 20 and 21) from 10am-6pm at the Bevery Gardens Park. The free show features art by more than 200 exhibitors from around the nation, who showcase their work in photography, painting, sculpture, watercolor, mixed media, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, graphics and prints.
Audrey Heller (top image), (AT:NY has kvelled about here) wrote to remind us about the event and says, "It's a great place to collect work, and to meet artists who are dedicated to creating original work." She also recomends a few artists: " Kirsten Francis (above, right) and her amazing reductive woodcuts. Taman VanScoy (below the fold), whose talent is off the charts, but his prices are still within reach, and Brian Blackam (above, left) whose images of common objects are resonant in their simplicity."
You can see Audrey's work at booth 116, near the corner of Rodeo and Santa Monica Blvd.
