In a perfect world we would not go without something like unrestricted Wi-Fi, our batteries will always be full when we need them to be, the wrinkled dollar bill will always be accepted by the vending machine, and no one would ever know what a paper jam was.

A series of simple illustrations that point out what a perfect world would be like without certain everyday disruptions. This is an on-going project that I started in order to "celebrate" our everyday nuisances. It can also be seen as a means of discovering things that a lot of different people can relate to and think, "Yes! I hate it when that happens!" These illustrations are not meant to be taken seriously. It's all just for fun.
Catrina Dulay's illustrations speak to us on a direct level. Unfortunately, we don't live in this perfect world, but it's nice to dream. Here is a selection of the tech-related illustrations that appeal to us.

I love these except the one about texts always being answered immediately. My favorite thing about texts is that I can answer them on my schedule. If you need something immediately, call.
Loved living in Cambridge, Mass b/c of the free wifi provided by the city...didn't even pay for service in my apt. It was glorious!!!
@kts911 To each their own! :)
It perplexes me enormously that too many people think it is ok to "steal" wireless internet connectivity. Who gives a rip what fiber costs---let the other guy pay for it. What else is it OK to steal? Electricity, apparently. Anything else? Oh darn. The candy machine isn't free. Imagine that.
