If you're interested in a truly global shopping site then you're in for a treat. Here's what one woman did to combine her love of travel with her love of unique home decor.
Caroline Mackersey, a self-described global shopper, has always loved home furnishings and decorative pieces - especially the various styles seen in the international shopping bizarres and marketplaces. Her love of international travel and interior design were united when, in June of this year, she founded In My House, based in Hong Kong. Her collection showcases items found in India, Australia, England and Africa and are pieces that aren't normally found in Hong Kong. We love how every item shows it's origination: quilts from India, shopping bags from Morocco, modern lighting from New Zealand, just to name a few.
In My House can ship goods internationally and items may be ordered from their website or by phone.
For more about In My House, visit their store page over at Marketplace.

So $13,000 for a sofa and $5,000 for a set of sheets is $$ to Mid Range?
Ooops I made a mistake. The sofa is actually $31,000.
Their prices are in Hong Kong dollars. $31,000 HKD is about $4,000 USD.
$4,000 for a sofette doesn't seem mid-range to me, but the items are lovely. Sadly, this is going on my "in case I win the lottery" list.
@hoshkeposh, are you kidding? That's a platform with a tufted mattress / cushion! You could make it, or call an upholsterer to make one for you, in and color you want!
I love the seagull rug. Any ideas where that's from. It's not on their website.
