Even being tricked into catcalling your mom and a "don't do that" from Playboy has yet to stop this invasive practice. For the fifth annual Anti-Street Harassment Week, New York's Feminist Apparel and Philly's Pussy Division have put up dozens of "No Catcalling" street signs in their respective cities.
