I've been feeling on edge this last week since upgrading to the new iPad. It's one beautiful device, no arguing that, but a device which feels vulnerable to damage. For the last two years I've had the original iPad encased in an Incase Book Jacket, and it's survived a gasp-inducing fall from the desk (thanks cats), a few errant splashes, and the occasional bump while carrying it around the apartment. Relief came way this morning upon the delivery of this new iPad (and iPad 2) compatible Book Jacket, this one embellished by Romon Kimin Yang's (Rostarr) "Graphysics" design. The graphic designer in me loves the aesthetics, while the worried pragmatic feels relief knowing the Retina display device is now a little safer.
