Halfway between a standard shell and a fitted rubber skin, Incipio iPhone Feather shells for the iPhone 3G and 3GS may just be the tightest kids on the block for those looking to spruce up their iPhones for the new school year. Running in limited batches this coming season are extra-bright, "look at me" colors in blinding fluorescent tones. No, they don't glow in the dark. And yeah, we kinda wish they did, too.
Measuring less than 1mm thin, Feather is ideal for the iPhone user seeking inconspicuous, first-class protection. Feather is made of an ultra light, ultra strong polymer for light as a feather, form-fitting durable protection without the added bulk. Feather features a soft touch matte finish and includes 2 surface protectors and a cleaning cloth. Feather by Incipio is so thin that it allows the iPhone to be used with many of the docks on the market.

i have one of these in black in addition to an Osir carbon fibre case. i like the feather for what it covers, but am not a fan of the soft touch finish; makes it difficult to slide into/out of pants pockets. it is extremely thin, but be aware that this case will only really protect against scratches, not so much if you drop it.
not sure what docks you're using, but this doesn't fit in a lot of docks i've tried, like apple's.
Theyre like a B-. Also don’t buy the white cover. It turns all sorts of colors. Most recently a nasty dirty brown...ick. I own the black one, as the white is my wife's, and mine has cracked down the middle from an unknown stress. I really like the sleek, non intrusive nature of this cover but wouldn’t recommend them.
^^^ if you contact incipio they'll send you a replacement at no charge.
Does anyone know how to reate their own iphone skins? there's some really cool designs at http://www.iphone-case.org but I don't see prices and was wondering how one can create their own custom shells for the iphone...
