While we like to display family photos year round in our home, we don't like to overload our home with them. However, during the holidays we tend to be a bit more sentimental as we keep looking for ways to slip more photos of loved ones into the usual holiday decor.
The photo wreath would make an awesome addition to the inside of your front door or over the mirror in your entryway. This wreath from Country Living was made using a hot glue gun to adhere the photos to a pre-made wire wreath frame, but you could also cut a ring out of cardboard and simply tape the pictures in layers.

Sprinkling them onto a table amidst the regular centerpieces makes for a casual but charming addition to a holiday table.
If you don't relish the thought of humidity-warped or food-splattered heirloom photos, simply scan and print out copies on photo paper or adhere regular print outs to card stock.
What other fabulous ideas do you have for holiday decorating with photos?

The photo wreath is amazing! It's effective with the softness of the old b&w images- I wonder if color would be too much?
I went to a local thrift store and bought every little wallet sized frame they had, put photos in them, glued ribbons to them, and hung them from the tree. A lot cheaper than PB's...
love this idea....
adds such a personal touch to your decorating!!
