I'm willing to stake my reputation on the claim that this treehouse is the most amazing kids' treehouse. Ever.

Grandparents Steve and Jeri Wakefield hired an architect to build the structure for their grandchildren, and now even the neighborhood kids get to enjoy it. Read more about their labor of love after the jump!

The Wakefields enlisted friend and architect James Curvan to design the structure 9 years ago, when their grandchildren were in pre-school. At 100 square feet, it houses 2 sleeping lofts, 2 exterior decks, and a crow's nest, and it's fully air-conditioned and wired for electricity. A working refrigerator keeps juice boxes cold.

Throughout the entire house, the Wakefields and Curvan have used reclaimed wood, found objects, and antiques to decorate. As the kids grew, they also added a zip line, rope ladder, and a crow's nest.

It's certainly over the top, but it's done so tastefully and with such loving care that we can't help but adore it.
