I think I might be getting slightly addicted to some cable exercise videos. I'm not ashamed to admit it, although I'm sure my downstairs neighbor is getting an earful of my sporadic jumping about at 6am. What's a fitness junkie to do?
Have any of you fellow cardio-lovers ever used Interlocking Foam Mats that promise a noise reduction to units below? I'm curious to try them out. These 1/2" Soft Tiles from Rubber Flooring Inc. offer a similar structure (though I'm not so sure about the colors in a home gym!).
I'd be very curious to try them out if they reduced noise to neighboring apartments. What other recommendations do you have for reducing exercise noise (other than going outside, obviously)? Leave your tips in the comment section!
