As the weather gets colder, and, depending on where you live, rainier, snowier, or freezing-er, I'm looking for new indoor activities to keep my kids busy. That's why I'm preparing to make this fun target range with a bunch of stuff I have laying around the house.
Kristen from Busy Kids Happy Mom devised this clever "shooting range" that uses only plastic cups, Lego minifigures, and a Nerf foam dart gun. Seeing as how we have all those things in our home, we could put this range together in no time. It focuses kids' energy and is more collaborative than shooting Nerf darts at each other.
If you are opposed to the metaphorical shooting of "guys," you could simply use the pyramid of cups as a target. No Nerf gun? Use bean bags instead.
See how Kristen did it at Busy Kids Happy Mom.
